Congratulations, your business is now on the COZ App platform linked to the group you support.
Over the next few weeks, we will be trying to get as many people downloading COZ App and linking it to the Group as possible. As a business owner, please ensure all staff are aware of COZ App and the offer you will be offering to customers.
There is now only one step left to complete your profile on COZ App and that is choosing an Offer to be made available for the Group’s community.
A couple of things to remember about the offer you choose are: -
- Obviously the better the offer is for the customer, the better chance there is of it being activated;
- The offer can be altered from time to time – although it is advised to not change the offer to frequently and confuse customers.
- Unless specified, the offer is to be made available to anyone that presents COZ App and mentioned they are from that group;
- The intent is that the offer is available on an ongoing basis as opposed to a one off;
- There is an opportunity to add some terms and conditions around claiming the offer.
With all of the above in mind – businesses are encouraged to add a discount to COZ App that will encourage a community to patronize your business.
Below are some actual examples currently on COZ App.
Retail – Clothing, Camping, Sports, Gifts
Good Example – Down South Camping and Outdoors offering 10% off. Tnc excludes sale items and Engels products on presentation of COZ App.
Food and Beverage – Restaurants, Wineries,
Good Example – Woody Nook Wines offering 1x free bottle of wine (value $24). Tnc when 2x Main Meals are purchased on presentation of COZ App.
Trades and services – Electricians, Carpet Cleaner, Lawn Mowing, Plumber, Lawyer, Accountant, Financial Planner, Automobile services etc.
Good Example - Star Gallery Picture Framing offering 10% Off when you mention Marist FC.
Brokers – Mortgage Brokers, Real Estate Agent, Insurance
Good Example – Sage Property offering $5,000 ‘spotters fee’ to the school parents committee for any homes sold in Floreat suburb linked back to the local school.
As you can see, there is plenty of scope you can choose for your business but try keep it as simple as possible and remember that the better the offer the more likely someone will be to use it.
